Yes, it is. Although in all fairness, the iPhone had been out for 6 months by the time this ran in Gizmodo. Given the rather polished nature of this prototype, though, if not for the iPhone’s influence, this is what we would’ve ended up with - a weird mix of the BlackBerry UI running on Windows Mobile-like devices (that really does look like a HTC Dash 3G).
